General Troubleshooting
Q: I think that I deleted one or more worksheets in my workbook. What should I do?
A: The first thing to choose Home | Format | Hide & Unhide and then see if you can click on Unhide. It's possible that you simply hid the worksheets. The next thing I would do is right-click on the arrows in the bottom right-hand corner of Excel and see if the worksheets appear on the list. It's possible that you simply moved the worksheet tabs to a new position.
If you saved your file to OneDrive, click the workbook name at the top of the screen and then choose Version History. If Version History is disabled, your file is not saved to OneDrive and you'll need to skip to the next option. Otherwise click on Version History and then try opening previous versions until you find a copy that has your worksheets in it.
Now, if neither of those work, the next thing that I would to is choose File | Save As, and save your workbook with a brand new name. DO NOT SAVE OVER THE EXISTING FILE! Close the workbook that you saved, and then choose File | Open and choose the original workbook again to see if the last copy you saved has the worksheets there. If so, you may be able to patch things up by copying from the new version and pasting into the previous version.
Finally, if none of that works, we're happy to take a look if you provide a copy of your workbook by using one of these methods:
• Share: Click the Share command in the upper-right hand corner of the Excel screen, choose Share again, and then share the workbook with support@studentsexcel.com.
• Upload: You can upload a copy of your workbook at www.studentsexcel.com/student-upload.
• Email: You can email your workbook as an attachment to support@studentsexcel.com.
